Now called Villa Assumpta, the Spanish Colonial Revival house at 6401 North Charles Street in Baltimore, was built around 1897 for James R. Clark. George Gunther, scion of a Baltimore brewing family, bought it in 1915. The School Sisters of Notre Dame acquired it in 1937. What is now the Novitiate was built in the 1930s, and the complex was expanded in the 1950s.

The Convent and School of the Mission Helpers of the Sacred Heart was located at 1001 West Joppa Road in Towson. The property was sold in the 1990s, the buildings demolished, and the Blakehurst Retirement Community erected. A portion of the land was retained by the Order, and a new nunnery erected.

This artist's rendition of the proposed new Convent and school of the Mission Helpers of the Sacred Heart, 1001 West Joppa Road was created incident to the sale of part of the Order's property to make room for the Blakehurst Retirement Home. The old convent and school was demolished as part of that process.

Towson Nurseries on York Road used this stone building at Hillside Avenue as a business office. In 2001, the building was occupied by a bank. In the 1950s, a portion of the nursery property was acquired by Baltimore County for the new Towson High School which faces Cedar Avenue. The nursery moved its operations up York Road north of Cockeysville between Verona and the Loveton estate. The remainder of the nursery site was razed, and the complex known as York at Terracedale was built by developer Clark McKenzie in the 1980s.
