TOPIC: Disasters - Tropical Storm Agnes

Description: The aftermath of Tropical Storm Agnes, looking north from Baltimore County toward the ruined bridge leading to Ellicott City. In the center, on the Howard County side, is 8000 Main Street, at that time utilized by Appalachian Outfitters. The site was later restored and used by the "Old Emporium" in 1994. Also seen, on the hillside, is the Angelo Cottage.
